Amlou is a traditional southern Moroccan spread made from roasted almonds, culinary argan oil and honey. We grind the almonds and mix the spread ourselves in the Netherlands, using our own freshly pressed argan oil.

Our argan craft

Our family roots are in Idaougnidif in southern Morocco. The argan nuts are cracked by hand there. We press the oil ourselves in the Netherlands, so we know the origin and the pressing process.

Made from unroasted argan kernels for cosmetic use. Roasted argan kernels give the oil its characteristic nutty flavour.
